Sometimes, you just have to make yourself DO something.
I can't tell you that going to the gym is necessarily "fun", but I can tell you that every time I finish a workout, I thank myself and reap the rewards all day long. I cannot state strongly enough how valuable movement and pushing out of your comfort zone is. The rewards you receive are measured in improved mental and physical capacity and energy. This is true for any age group, but absolutely critical as we age,. We truly are only as old or weak as we keep telling ourselves. I personally love to defy all the odds...I am in my sixties and was critically injured (in my fifties) and am in the best shape of my life.
A little push may be all you need...
